Return Policy

In all cases, except defective products, the buyer/consumer who purchased your product will only accept an exchange. Since each product is made-to-order, we do not accept returns.

Exchange

It is possible to exchange products within 48 hours from the date of arrival. New purchases must match or exceed the original purchase price. For inquiries about exchanges, please contact us at jimmysiau.js@gmail.com.

Jimmy Siau reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy.
